8. Data Localization

I confirm that I am aware: in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 'On Personal Data', my personal data is stored and processed on servers located on the territory of the Russian Federation (Timeweb Cloud data centers).

9. Period of Consent Validity

This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment of its provision until the moment of withdrawal.

The Operator has the right to continue processing data to the extent necessary to fulfill the requirements of legislation (accounting and tax records).

10. Procedure for Consent Withdrawal

Consent may be withdrawn by sending a written statement to the email address: denis.benyaminov@gmail.com.

The statement must contain:

• Full name of the personal data subject
• Email address specified during registration
• Explicitly expressed request for consent withdrawal

The Operator ceases personal data processing within 30 days from the date of receipt of the statement, except for cases provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
