Challenge

Swiss PropTech startup needed a robust property search platform for the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Requirements included intelligent search across thousands of listings, automated property valuation algorithms, multilingual support, and integration with multiple MLS systems. The platform had to go live fast to capture market share.

Solution

Developed a full-stack property search platform with Elasticsearch for advanced filtering, implemented ML-based valuation algorithms, built agent and buyer portals, integrated map-based search with clustering, and created automated data pipelines to sync with regional MLS systems. Launched MVP in 4 months.
